Delivery
All of our orders are dispatched by courier, unless you choose the 'local collection (Harpenden)' option at the checkout.
Our standard UK courier takes approximately 3 days and costs £4.95, or is free for orders of £70 or more.
Our express UK courier usually delivers within 24 hours of dispatch and costs £8.95.
Please note that if you are ordering a personalised towel, express delivery will not affect the dispatch time as this is dictated by our production process; just which courier we use.
We now also offer International delivery to selected EU countries, for £19.50. We use UPS for international deliveries, which usually takes 3-5 working days.
The EU countries we currently deliver to are: Republic of Ireland, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain (mainland), Italy, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Poland, Sweden and Finland. Fantastic plush towel and lovely designs. Only criticism is the double layer hood which means the towel dries very slowly in the hood. Would be better as a single layer.
