Delivery
All of our orders are dispatched by courier, unless you choose the 'local collection (Harpenden)' option at the checkout.
Our standard UK courier takes approximately 3 days and costs £4.95, or is free for orders of £70 or more.
Our express UK courier usually delivers within 24 hours of dispatch and costs £8.95.
Please note that if you are ordering a personalised towel, express delivery will not affect the dispatch time as this is dictated by our production process; just which courier we use.
We now also offer International delivery to selected EU countries, for £19.50. We use UPS for international deliveries, which usually takes 3-5 working days.
The EU countries we currently deliver to are: Republic of Ireland, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain (mainland), Italy, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Poland, Sweden and Finland. Purchased the colour explosion gift set for a birthday present after seeing them advertised on Instagram. As I was in a rush I put an incorrect postcode, but I spoke to Nicola at Hooded Owls who sorted the postcode change for me straight away once I’d noticed I’d got it wrong! When the gift arrived, I had a quick peek inside before wrapping, and I loved the multicoloured paper the items were nestled in, and the gift itself went down a treat! Definitely recommend!
