It wasn't quite what I was expecting - can I return my order?
In most cases, yes, we are happy to accept returns on unused, unworn and undamaged 'off-the-shelf' items within 14 days. If you would like to return your order, or swap an item for a different colour or size, please reply to your order confirmation or dispatch email to arrange a return.
Personalised or 'special combination' orders are non-refundable once they have been dispatched, as they are a bespoke item which has been made to order to your specification. If you wish to cancel or amend a personalised order during the production process but before it has been dispatched, depending on what stage it is at, we will usually offer a partial refund, taking into account any costs already incurred by us.
