How long will my order take?

Dispatch times

Orders of bath products, toys, potion kits and hooded towels are processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days.

Delivery

Standard delivery costs £4.95 (free for orders of £40 or more). Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 and take 3-5 days.

(Orders under £10 cost £2.95 and are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48).

Express Shipping costs £7.95. Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 and take 1-2 days (except at weekends).

Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship to EU countries.
