How long will my order take?

 

Dispatch times

Orders of bath products, toys, potion kits and hooded towels are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days (unless otherwise stated). Please note that we are experiencing higher order volumes than normal in the run up to Christmas, so it may take us slightly longer than usual to dispatch your order.

If you have selected Standard Delivery, your order will be sent with Royal Mail (Tracked 48) which usually takes 3-5 working days. We aim to dispatch Express orders the same day if placed before 12pm. Express Deliveries are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24, and will take 1-2 days. Please note, none of the couriers are currently guaranteeing next day delivery.

Delivery

Standard delivery costs £4.95 (free for orders of £40 or more). Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 and take 3-5 days.

(Orders under £10 cost £2.95 and are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48).

Express Shipping costs £7.95. Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 and take 1-2 days (except at weekends).

 

Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship to EU countries.
